Pepper did it again !!!
A too exciting ending for too good a
series.
I loved this ending, I can not ask
for anything more from this ending. It is a roller coaster of emotions charged
with action, drama, sadness, joy, tears, sexual tension, solidarity, love. A
perfect ending that left me sighing, crying and wanting to reread it.
In this last installment we managed
to see old characters like Tess and Q, that made my heart happy a lot and formed
a big part of the story. Despite not starting with the right foot in his
friendship with Elder, they end up with a rare friendship, which I loved.
Those of us who have read all of
Pepper's books know that her prose is characterized by very well-developed
monologues, which give us pieces and parts of the characters, which gradually
reveal secrets. She also gives us descriptions of landscapes and places so
beautifully written, that I can assure you that if I look for the images it is
exactly as I imagined them.
The male characters of Pepper are
always too perfect and this was no exception, in this last installment we
managed to see the vulnerable side of Elder, his human side, sensitive and
capacity to love and delivery totally without limits. To tell the truth, this
is one of the most complex and well structured, most beautiful and delivered
characters I've read, and I can not help marveling at Pepper's ability to give
us such beautiful and unique characters, his capacity to love has no limits.
Looking into the eyes
of the woman I loved more than anything, I gave up. I did what I should’ve done
all those years ago. I put my fate in the hands of honour. I kneeled before my
greatest enemy.
As for Pim, I loved her evolution, her
change and her development. I loved seeing how poor and injured Pim stopped
being, to transform and be a new and improved Tasmin, willing to fight for what
she wants, fighting with claws and teeth to not let her dominate.
Solidarity and friendship is another
thing palpable in this book, the unconditional friendship of Selix, I loved it,
I loved it and I can not stop waiting for his story and his happy ending.
With a masterfully developed prose,
a beautifully written plot, Pepper gives us the last book in the series, where
we see enemies become friends, evolutions of personalities, and above all an
example of the power of love.
This ending is too beautiful and
that epilogue, my God, I can not stop sighing and tearing. After all that
suffering, that end, is the reward for everything. You can not ask for more.

Un final demasiado emocionante para una serie demasiado buena.
Amé este final, no puedo pedir nada más de este final. Es una montaña
rusa de emociones cargada de acción, drama, tristeza, alegrÃa, lágrimas,
tensión sexual, solidaridad, amor. Un final perfecto que me dejó suspirando,
llorando y deseando releerla.
En esta última entrega logramos ver personajes viejos como Tess y Q,
que me alegraron un montón el corazón y formaron gran parte de la historia. A
pesar de no empezar con el pie derecho
en su amistad con Elder, terminan con una rara amistad, que me encantó.
Los que hemos leÃdo todos los libros de Pepper, sabemos que su prosa se
caracteriza de monólogos muy bien desarrollados, que nos van entregando piezas
y partes de los personajes, que poco a poco van develando secretos. Además nos
entrega descripciones de paisajes y lugares tan bellamente escritos, que les
puedo asegurar que si busco las imágenes es exactamente como los imaginé.
Los personajes masculinos de Pepper siempre son demasiado perfectos y
este no fue la excepción, en esta última entrega logramos ver el lado
vulnerable de Elder, su lado humano, sensible y capacidad de amar y entrega
totalmente sin lÃmites. A decir verdad, este es uno de los personajes más complejos
y bien estructurados, más hermosos y entregados que he leÃdo, y no puedo dejar
de maravillarme ante la habilidad de Pepper para entregarnos personajes tan
bellos y únicos, su capacidad de amar no tiene lÃmites.
En cuanto a Pim, amé su evolución, su cambio y su desarrollo. Me
encantó ver como dejó de ser la pobre y herida Pim, para transformarse y ser
una nueva y mejorada Tasmin, dispuesta luchar y a pelear por lo que quiere,
peleando con garras y dientes para no dejarse dominar.
La solidaridad y la amistad es otra cosa palpable en este libro, la
amistad incondicional de Selix, me encantó, lo amé y no puedo dejar de esperar
su historia y su final feliz.
Con una prosa magistralmente desarrollada, una trama bellamente
escrita, Pepper nos entrega el último libro de la serie, donde vemos enemigos
volverse amigos, evoluciones de personalidades, y sobre todo un ejemplo del
poder del amor.
Este final es demasiado hermoso y ese epÃlogo, mi Dios, no puedo dejar
de suspirar y lagrimear. Después de todo ese sufrimiento, ese final, es la
recompensa a todo. No se puede pedir más.
