Review

I loved this story. Mrs. Aaron always has the ability to amaze me with her stories and this was no exception. A story of suspense, sexual tension, action, that kept me hooked from the first page.
In The Elder, the story begins with a murder, where Arabella, the detective in the case, and Benton King work together to solve a murder. And even though they start distrusting each other and detesting each other, they form an alliance to solve the murder of Randall King, Benton's father. But as the story unfolds, a slow and sexy romance develops between both characters. As well as more mystery, danger and suspense.
The author had me eating my nails and creating hypotheses throughout the story. The suspense was present throughout the whole plot, I guarantee you that you will not be able to stop reading, the story has a stable step and a turn in each page, it had me distrusting everything and everyone.
I loved Benton. How he changed his perspective and developed feelings for Arabella. I completely loved the relationship between them and the sexuual tension that grows as the plot unfolds.
But the secondary characters are not left behind. May Bell, Porter, Vivi, Logan, I loved them, they are too cute, authentic and well developed, and I need their stories, they all need their own story. Especially Porter, God as I loved him.
With a well-developed plot and a steady pace, Mrs. Aaron took me through a journey full of intrigue, lies, suspense, romance and danger. On each page a new turn, which had me doubting everything, creating theories and when I thought that everything was resolved, poof, my theory went to the floor and more surprises keep coming.
Totally recommended to those who like stories of suspense and action.


Me encantó esta historia. La señora Aaron siempre tiene la capacidad de asombrarme con sus historias y esta no fue la excepción. Una historia de suspenso, tensión sexual, acción,  que me mantuvo enganchada desde la primera página.
En The Elder, la historia comienza con un asesinato, donde Arabella, la detective del caso, y Benton King trabajan juntos para resolver un asesinato. Y a pesar de que comienzan desconfiando uno del otro y    detestándose, forman una alianza para resolver el asesinato de Randall King, el padre de Benton. Pero conforme la historia se va desarrollando, también se desarrolla un lento y sexy romance entre ambos personajes. Así como también más misterio, peligro y suspenso. La autora me tuvo comiéndome las uñas y creando hipótesis a través de toda la historia. El suspenso estuvo presente a través de toda la trama, les garantizo que no serán capaces de parar de leer, la historia tiene un paso estable y un giro en cada página, me tuvo desconfiando de todo y todos.
Me encantó Benton. Como cambió su perspectiva y fue desarrollando sentimientos por Arabella. Amé completamente la relación entre ellos y la tensión que va creciendo conforme la trama se desarrolla.
Pero los personajes secundarios no se quedan atrás. May Bell, Porter, Vivi, Logan, los amé, son demasiado lindos,  auténticos y bien desarrollados, y necesito las historias de ellos, todos necesitan su propia historia. Sobre todo Porter, Dios como lo amé.
Con una trama bien desarrollada y un paso estable, la señora Aaron me llevó a través un viaje lleno de intriga, mentiras, suspenso, romance y peligro. En cada página un giro nuevo, que me tuvo dudando de todo, creando teorías y cuando pensé que ya todo estaba resuelto, puf, mi teoría se fue al piso y mas sorpresas siguen viniendo.
Totalmente recomendado a quienes gustan de historias de suspenso y acción.
