Wow just wow, I just finished one of the best stories of 2018, it left me completely and absolutely obsessed with the plot and the characters, it's so addictive that I want to read it again and again. Since I read the synopsis I knew I had to read it, but it completely exceeded all my expectations.
A journey full of emotion, drama, banter, anguish, secrets, sexual tension, chemistry, with characters too interesting, I can not get enough of them, I fell completely and absolutely in love with everyone.
Four and Ever are two teenagers, both come from two completely opposite worlds, Four's mother (Rosalyn) works for Ever's dad (Thomas), in his hotel chain and they start a relationship and after a dangerous situation for Four they decide that Four and her mom will live with Thomas and Ever in his house.
When Four and Ever meet, they hate each other instantaneously, but at the same time sparks jump, their interactions are full of tension and the attraction is almost palpable through the pages.
Ever begins to make life impossible for Four at school, but she is a brave girl who does not let herself be easily intimidated, so she is always confronted. Ever, uggg, is so frustrating so sexy, hot, (I drooling too much reading), with a cold appearance and hard exterior, but despite that, is a sweet, super loyal boy, who gives everything for those who love and fell in love completely ( my new book boyfriend). Four, I had a crush on her, she's so sassy and badass, and despite her problems and the harassment she receives she always keeps going.
As the story progresses, we meet Ever's friends, Jamie, Vaughn, gahhh I love them, I NEED their stories, Barbie, and Tyra, the friend who makes Four.
As time goes by, the attraction between them grows and their interactions are almost explosive, they fight against what they feel, but it becomes impossible for both to deny it, and those scenes loaded with tension, sexy, steamy, banter, uffff, my Tablet almost explodes when reading them, gahhh, I died of love with them, I wanted to read them again and again. In addition each one keeps internal secrets and demons that at certain moments will put obstacles to the relationship.
With a stable rhythm, complex characters, secrets, lies, action, the author gives us a masterpiece that envelops your soul and steals your heart. I've always been super attracted by the stories of enemies to lovers, but this goes further, the hero manages to overcome all the previous louts I've read, and I love him, but the heroine without a doubt steals the entire show.
And I can not wait for the next delivery.
It is definitely a must read, seriously you can not miss it. Highly recommended!!
